Are you a pop culture enthusiast with a knack for landing high-profile guests? Betches Media is searching for a dynamic Talent Booker to join our vibrant Talent Relations Team and bring star power to our top-tier shows.

We’re looking for someone who’s always in the know about the latest in Bravo, film, music, TV, politics, and social trends. You should have a solid network of celebrity contacts and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Your passion for pop culture should be matched by your organizational skills, creativity, and ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.

In this role, you’ll pitch innovative segment ideas, secure diverse talent, and collaborate with our team to ensure every guest experience is top-notch. Bring your energy, professionalism, and dedication to the Betches brand, and help us make our shows (video & podcasts) even more exciting!

You’ll report directly to our Brand and Talent Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of Betches Media.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookings and act as the main contact for talent relations
• Pitch segments, build relationships, and book diverse guests including creators, experts, and celebrities
• Understand show needs and conduct research for booked guests
• Respond swiftly to last-minute bookings and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Stay updated on events, trends, and opportunities to source potential guests
• Perform office tasks such as lead follow-ups, scheduling, and file management
• Develop connections with publicists and ensure alignment with show needs
• Ensure appropriate topics for guests and encourage post-publication social sharing
• Serve as the liaison between talent representatives and Betches during onsite shoots

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in digital media, with a focus on booking guests and events/festivals
• A successful candidate will have experience in digital media and events/festivals
• Connections in and to the worlds of film, music, and tv will be essential OR
• Candidates must have established relationships with talent representation
• Highly professional, articulate, trustworthy, responsible, self-motivated, well organized, a fast learner, and someone who works well with clear direction
• Strong network in film, music, and (reality) TV
• Excellent communication, grammar, and phone etiquette; detail-oriented and creative in guest booking
• Strong sense of customer service, dedication to the company and brand, and effective remote work abilities
• Ability to pitch talent based on trending stories and brainstorm coverage ideas
• Familiarity with and use of mainstream video channels like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and more

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $90,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
