Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to own and execute full lifecycle recruitment across all departments—including sales, content, creative, operations, and leadership positions. Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers, you will lead the process from intake through offer, designing structured and equitable interview processes, and maintaining a healthy, diverse pipeline that supports both immediate and long-term hiring needs.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on recruiting with strategic oversight—leveraging data to inform decisions, optimizing our ATS and workflows for efficiency, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and employer brand. You’ll also shape and execute our employer branding strategy, partnering with marketing and PR to create content that showcases our culture and attracts top talent.
Your day-to-day will include screening and qualifying potential candidates, partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to provide job market insights, and proactively building talent pipelines. Networking, building relationships, and creating memorable candidate experiences are at the core of our talent principles, and we hope you are as excited about people as we are.
This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, can influence at all levels, and enjoys blending strategic vision with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is both a relationship-builder and a systems-thinker, passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders alike.
