Description
Betches Media is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Sales & Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, leading post-sale execution and strategy across integrated, multi-platform campaigns. You’ll be a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams—driving client satisfaction, campaign performance, and long-term revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital media, branded content, and cross-functional project management. This role is critical to maintaining and growing relationships with top-tier partners, ensuring repeat business and elevating the client experience at every stage.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and lead the end-to-end execution of branded content campaigns across all Betches Media platforms—including social, podcast, newsletter, web, video, and live events—ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional quality.
- Act as the primary strategic point of contact for high-value clients, managing communications, setting expectations, and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Content, Creative, Marketing, Production, and Sales) to align on campaign goals and deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure all components are executed on schedule.
- Deliver detailed post-campaign wrap reports, including performance insights, key learnings, and renewal recommendations based on client KPIs and industry benchmarks.
- Take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to campaign challenges and client requests, balancing creative thinking with operational efficiency.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities through strategic account management and deep understanding of client business goals.
- Contribute to pre-sale ideation, packaging, and planning on high-priority RFPs and partnership proposals.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and helping to elevate the overall performance of the Account Management team.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to evolve processes and improve operational workflows for increased team efficiency and client success.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in account management, client services, or partnerships at a digital media company, agency, or publisher.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-platform branded content campaigns (social, podcast, video, newsletter, event) from start to finish.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention, and upselling.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas, campaign strategies, and performance insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Solutions-oriented with a strategic mindset; able to anticipate challenges and proactively offer recommendations to improve performance and client outcomes.
- Comfortable using reporting tools and campaign metrics to inform client conversations and drive return business.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable, with a high standard of professionalism and follow-through.

Compensation
The expected annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
