Description
Betches Media is looking for a dynamic and strategic Account Manager to join our growing Sales & Partnerships team. This individual will act as a key post-sale partner to clients, owning the execution and performance of their multi-platform campaigns from start to finish. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention, and renewal, this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and takes full ownership of the campaigns they manage.
As the main point of contact for clients after a deal closes, you will lead project management across digital, social, podcast, web, newsletter, and event-based campaigns. Your role will ensure that each campaign exceeds expectations—delivered on time, with quality execution, and clear performance insights. You will also provide strategic recommendations, identify upsell opportunities, and play a crucial role in driving return business through strong relationship management and a client-first mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the post-sale lifecycle for assigned campaigns, from kick-off to final wrap, ensuring seamless execution across all Betches Media platforms (social, video, podcasts, web, newsletters, and events).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining day-to-day communication, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and renewal potential.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, podcast, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all campaign assets.
- Develop and present comprehensive wrap reports, including delivery metrics, performance insights, and strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
- Proactively troubleshoot challenges and provide creative, solutions-oriented thinking to drive success for both the client and internal teams.
- Contribute to pre-sale ideation and planning for key custom campaign opportunities in partnership with the Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams.
- Build deep knowledge of client goals, industries, and campaign objectives to help drive renewals, upsells, and long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine internal processes, identify areas of improvement, and elevate the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant media experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant custom, social-first branded content management experience required
- Excellent attention to detail; strong organization skills are required
- Self-starter who’s able to work without constant supervision
- Creative thinker with a solution-based mentality (you will be the main contact for clients on each campaign)
- Familiarity with digital research, media sales and campaign analytics tools
Compensation
The expected annual base salary for this role is $75,000 - $100,000. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
