Betches Media is on the hunt for a social creator to be the go-to content guru for our CEO. This role is all about capturing her voice, energy, and personal brand in a way that’s authentic, engaging, and totally Betches-worthy. You’ll be the mastermind behind her social presence, crafting & posting content that showcases her leadership, insights, and personality while aligning with company goals and trends.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and implement a comprehensive brand and content strategy across all relevant platforms, including social media, newsletters (Substack), and beyond.
- Build and execute distribution strategies that drive growth for audience reach, engagement, and visibility across multiple content channels.
- Concept, shoot, edit, and post high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, carousels, and captions) that’s compelling and on-brand.
- Actively manage audience interactions, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster engagement and brand connection
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and pivot strategies to optimize reach, engagement, and impact.
- Stay ahead of industry and social media trends to bring fresh, innovative content ideas to the table.
- Work with PR, marketing, and content teams to align messaging and maximize visibility for CEO-led initiatives.
- Be on-site (when needed) to capture behind-the-scenes moments, speaking engagements, and key events in real-time.
- Plan and schedule content in advance to ensure a consistent and strategic online presence.
- Support CEO led media appearances, podcasts, and interviews by creating promo content and ensuring alignment with her brand.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the CEO’s personal brand, aesthetic, style, and Betches’ overarching identity.
Qualifications
- A social-first storyteller with a passion for content creation, branding, and all things digital.
- 3-4 years of social media experience, preferably in personal branding, content creation, or media.
- An expert in Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X, with a deep understanding of best practices for each platform.
- Skilled in content production – you can shoot, edit, and post like a pro.
- A trend-savvy creative thinker who knows how to make content stand out in a crowded feed.
- A strong writer who can capture the CEO’s voice with ease and adapt messaging for different platforms.
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with the flexibility to pivot when needed.
- A Betches superfan who understands the brand’s voice, humor, and cultural impact
- Discreet and professional, capable of handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, and content creation tools like Canva or CapCut
Compensation
The expected hourly rate for this role is $40 - $60, and a commitment of up to 25 hours per week.
